What was your favourite Canadian vacation?
Mine was a trip to the Okanagan, over 20 years ago.
Montreal during a heat wave in 2001. Wonderful city, and I met lots of people because we were all spending time in air conditioned spots trying to beat the heat. I had a man from Egypt bring me a flower and propose to me! and helped some Sri Lankan graduate catch pigeons for their dinner, among other amusing mishaps and adventures. Haven't been able to amke it back in a while.
Right before I left for Guatemala, my boyfriend David took me car camping to Ottawa to see the museums and buildings, and I spent two days in Victoria in 2004 with my cousin and we had a blast. Nothing beats those surreal 7 days in Montreal though!!
