I am planning on buying a treadmill in Montreal from either:
- canadian Tire or
- Sears canada
My concern is that which of the above two has a better, reliable, efficient Customer Service? In case something goes wrong with the treadmill, then which one has a better customer service department and are more professional?
This is an important factor for me before buying an expensive item. Please help.
Personally, I lean towards Sears. If you've got any problems with the treadmill, their Parts & Service department should be able to take care of the repairs. And I've always found that Sears is very good about backing their products.

I have like 10 bucks in canadian tire money and I dont want to buy anything from the store, can i bring them the money and in exchange can they just give me back like a 10dollar billl in regular canadian money?
canadian Tire money has a face value of 1/10th of one percent. But Canadian Tire specifically states that they will not redeem their money for real cash. You must use it to buy product.

Ok I am going to ask again.
I need the manual for a mastercraft rotary tool and I can not find the website for that company called mastercraft that makes tools for Canadian Tire.
It isn't:
http://canadiantire.ca
http://info4craft.com/1/200/Mastercraft%20Tools/index.html&q=mastercraft+tools
http://www.mastercraft.net/
http://www.mastercraft.com/index.php?znfAction=Front
http://www.mastercrafttool.com/pages/AboutMasterCraft.asp
Thank you.
Go to canadian tire site send a e-mail to comment area an ask the question on what is best tool mention Mastercraft, but play dumb then they'll reply with what you want. This way they think your not a complaining customer, your interrested and want more details. Mastercraft and any other firm that stands on a lifetime guarantee
