i am a qualified?what's is the requirements just incase if i am a qualified?
Yes you can.
There is detailed information on applying available here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp
You would (as you live in Malaysia) apply for a visa in Kuala Lumpur and the webpage (with detailed specific information about appying for visas there) is here: http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/kualalumpur/visas-en.asp
The webpages are detailed and I would suggest that you follow the instructions as exactly as possible (ie. if it asks for documentation - such as proof employment or savings - ensure that you include it with your application).

My mother-in-law is coming to visit in October and has never been to the US. What types of documents will she need to travel both to and from? She is flying on Air canada on a direct flight from New Brunswick into Ohio and then a direct flight back out.
Picture ID and a birth certificate, or a Passport. What a great thing for you do to, hosting your moher in law in Ohio. Hope the weather is great in October, and you have a super time. As you probably know, New Brunswick is very different from Ohio, and doesn't have any cities as large as Cleveland.

i am going on saturday and wanna make sure i bring enough money, anyone know how much they are?
LLB I would call ahead knowing 1) How much I was willing to spend. 2) Exactly what set up I was looking for.
Do your research ( I use that term loosely ) on the components that you want for your ideal board. Heck, if you can't afford them wait it out or find an alternative.
Good Luck, Keep Shreddin!

Also, does anyone know how long a Canadian can stay in the country if just visiting? If they want to stay longer than that, what do they have to do?
By the way, I'm not a canadian…I'm an American, I'm asking for someone else who wants to come here.
www.uscis.gov You can look up all the info you need on there
